Data in the application
Operators may store facility details, units, tenants, leases, payments, notices, delinquency records, gate codes and operational notes. This can include personal and commercially sensitive information.
Publisher and vendor collection
StoreCrow is published by Ownerstate Software. The current application has no analytics, advertising SDK or hosted synchronization service. The public website uses no analytics or cookies. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process standard connection and security metadata, such as IP address, request details and abuse signals, to deliver and secure it. If an operator contacts Ownerstate Software for StoreCrow support, the information they choose to send is handled for that support request.
Operator responsibility
The facility operator controls lawful collection, access, retention, deletion and disclosure. Use a restricted operating-system account, full-disk encryption and secure backup media. The SQLite database itself is not encrypted by StoreCrow.
Exports and recovery
Backups and portable exports can contain sensitive data. Store and transmit them as securely as the live database. StoreCrow supports verified backups and structured portable exports; the operator decides where those files go.
