StoreCrow 1.0.0 is being prepared for Mac App Store review. It is not publicly downloadable until Apple approves it and Ownerstate Software completes the manual release.
Before contacting support
- Stop repeated restore or import attempts.
- Preserve the live database, its WAL/SHM sidecars and the most recent verified backup.
- Record the StoreCrow version, operating system, time and exact error.
- Do not send tenant data unless a secure transfer path is agreed.
